Job Summary
A company building solutions for all types of activity organizations helping them automate, simplify and grow their businesses has an open position for a Telecommute Reservation Agent in FL.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Accessing company programs using company provided equipment which includes a hard drive Thin Client unit and headset in order to meet customer requests
- ssist our customers over the phone with their reservation requests, answer questions, and trouble shoot
- Communicate effectively using scripted material, policy, guidelines and procedures
Qualifications Include:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to communicate remotely with our support groups by phone, email and instant messaging (IM)
- Solid computer skills including internet knowledge (such as basic searching and queries), IM, email, some basic technical terminology
- High Speed internet connection (NO Satellite, data cards, or wireless), Bright House is not an accepted provider at this time. Be able to be connected directly to the vendors modem by Ethernet cable (NO wireless). Able to connect to the modem and phone line from your intended work station. Have a monitor capable of displaying a resolution of 1024 x 768 (NO all-in-one, tablets, laptops or TVs as monitors)
- Be able to provide a minimum of 30 hours of schedule availability, including some weekend availability
- Be a resident of Florida
- You will need a standard POTS/Analog phone landline ONLY. We are unable to accept any cable, digital, satellite, or VoIP providers
