Job Summary

An American provider of business outsourcing solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Vice President Counsel.

Must be able to:

• Provide day-to-day legal and compliance guidance to ensure product compliance
• Provide legal direction and guidance to the product management organization
• Provide legal oversight and management support of the activities of the state money transmitter licensing team

Qualifications Include:

• Must be admitted to a state bar and in good standing
• Ten years of legal experience is required, and at least three to five years of experience dealing with wage payment matters, state/federal money transmitter/money services business matters and/or use of stored value cards for wage payments
• Five years of experience as in-house counsel (preferably with a fortune 500 corporation), with experience advising senior and business unit management on compliance-related matters
