Partial Telecommute Account Executive Manager

Make telephone sales calls to property owners. Network. Follow up.
Sell online ad space for rental property, rent to own property and property for sell. Get the word out about who we are and what we do. Sales visits are typically by appointment. Account executives work with clients on the creation, design, and implementation of advertising campaigns. Meet with the client to explain how specific type of packages will help promote the sell or rental of their property. You will prepare advertising proposal and contracts to present to the client. You will develop sales tools, promotional plans, and media kits. This person will serve as the main contact between the advertiser.

Skills Needed: Neat professional appearance. Great written and verbal
communication skills. Self-motivation, persistence and independence and the ability to multitask are required. Must sound professional on the phone at all times. Must have the ability to sound enthusiastic when selling our services (online real estate ad space). Follow up skills also needed. Must be professional and organized at all times. Must familiarize yourself with what makes DiAlo Rent the best choice for real estate advertisers. Courses in marketing, leadership, communication, business and advertising are helpful.

Equipment Needed: computer and high speed Internet access. A headset, digital camera and fax machine would also be nice but not required.

Compensation: $10 for each client you get to place an ad (for example: sell 10 ads receive $100) and 50-75 cents per call. Upon successful selling this person(s) will move on to a base salary + commission and bonuses



Work hours and location: Part time or Full time, you create your own hours.
Work from home.

Paid: every Friday

REQUIREMENT: This person(s) has to be able to make at least 20 calls per day, if not more.

Telephone list/leads are provided but we encourage our account executives to find their leads. We offer a much better value than property owners using newspaper advertising. Our leads our very promising; try us out and make a few phone calls and see how easy it is to sell our ad space. This person(s) will receive a phone extension and voicemail box to interact with their clients.
