Telecommute Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for conducting a marketing study and communications audit, based on which he or she will develop and implement a statewide integrated marketing strategy to include, but not limited to: marketing study, public and media relations, electronic & print publications and advertising to ensure a clear, consistent and compelling brand position and increased program revenue. The Marketing Manager will launch and serve as liaison to the agency’s marketing advisory council and will work to increase agency-wide understanding and appreciation of marketing. The Manager will be responsible for the development of an annual plan and budget, as well as annual revisions to the strategic plan.
