Not being challenged? Growing Software Company based in Naperville, IL seeks an exceptional full-time Developer for its implementation teams. Responsibilities include; full life-cycle development of core products, development of customer specific enhancements, and integration to existing enterprise systems. Heavy team environment in sub-groups of 2-4 team members. We want an exceptional Senior Developer that can develop, communicate and deliver quality software.

All full-time employees work from home.

We are looking for a Junior Developer with 1-3 years of Java/J2EE. Candidate must have excellent communication skills with a business mindset. Travel is minimal to non-existent. Minimal office time required, 1 or less days per month at the most.

Current Core Technologies:

J2EE, JBoss, Apache, Tomcat, Struts, Hibernate, JMS, Oracle, SQL

Requirements:

* Must be deadline oriented with good organizational skills.

* Must be self motivated and able to multi-task projects simultaneously.

* Must be extremely competent and knowledgeable in web technologies.

* Ability to think analytically and strategically and execute tactically.

* Must possess high level of enthusiasm and be a strong team player.

* Strong organizational skills, assist the team in organizing, coordinating planning, and executing projects from vision through implementation.

Compensation:

We pay HOURLY with a guarantee of a minimum 40 hours per week. Benefits include 401(k), Health, Dental, Long Term Disability, vacation.
