Telecommute Front-End Web Programmer

Need a front-end web programmer to build a corporate-style website. Must write web-standards compliant, semantic code, be proficient and experienced in XHTML, CSS2, SSI (for navigation), Javascript, DHTML, AJAX, construction of a Flash player for FLV-encoded video. A couple of existing databased (PHP, MySQL) web apps will need to be integrated into their XHTML facepages. The site will be built in XHTML/CSS2 (in divs, no tables), with DHTML/AJAX effects in specified features. Code will need to be commented, validated, and error-free. Will optimize site for a specific set of PC and Mac browsers. The site will need to be Section 508 accessibility compliant to a specified level, and search engine optimized for high ranking in Google and Yahoo. Experience building, testing and debugging corporate websites is a requirement. 

Telecommuting okay from within the U.S. Contract position.
