We'll need you to add design elements to websites to improve visual interest and usability: mocking up designs in Photoshop and then translating them using semantic markup and CSS, styling fonts, creating icons, working with stock, positioning elements, etc.

Sometimes we need help translating complete site mockups from Photoshop into XHTML templates using clean, semantic markup and CSS.

You'll have a strong eye for design and also be familiar with image replacement techniques, box model hacks, browser variations and you probably hate IE6. Bonus if familiar with Wordpress and PHP. Availability during EST business hours preferred, but not essential.
