About Our Opportunity: We are looking for dynamic and technically savvy Sales Manager/Account Executives to further our growth. We offer a fun, professional work environment that fosters creativity. 

The Sales Manager/Account Executive will carry a revenue quota, will develop prospect list and initiate contact; create value proposition for the account; develop relationships and close sales; manage accounts and client relationships and should have a demonstrated ability to handle key and sensitive client situations. The successful candidate will have a highly visible and influential role in TechOne. A fitting candidate may also be given responsibility to manage part of some of TechOne’s existing accounts.

Finally, selected applicants will be positive, confident, results-driven, self-managing individuals who can quickly build and maintain relationships to sell our services and expand the sales department.

Job Responsibilities:

Prospecting, sales and cold calls to client's internal engineering and IT groups.

Conducting market research, networking, presenting to clients, getting and fulfilling sales orders. Regular travel (locally) to visit key accounts required.

Growing new business, and doing Account Management for chosen house-clients

Job Required Skills:

Should have 3-5 years of experience in a sales, business development or account management capacity.

Ability to prospect and develop profitable and strong customer relationships.

IT domain experience and buzzword familiarity. Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle).

Ability to manage external relationships with many of TechOne existing clients.

Strong verbal and written communication and follow through skills. Ability to learn quickly and take initiative, work strategically, creatively and professionally.

Basic knowledge of computer/internet skills, such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Location: 630 Alder Drive, Milpitas, CA with some flexibility to telecommute from a local, home-based office after you start to consistently deliver results.  Please, only LOCAL candidates apply! No out of state candidates will be considered.

Compensation:  We have a Pay-Per-Performance plan, which includes a base salary + commission, which is competitive and negotiable, dependent upon performance of both sales and recruitment. We also offer generous benefits, including health insurance, time off and paid holidays.
