WALSH FAMILY MEDIA LOOKING FOR CG ANIMATORS!

Walsh Family Media is a small animation studio in Brooklyn working on its second CG animated short entitled "We Need a Hit!"

Our 20 minute short is full of fun filled action and has already been completely blocked out for final animation. WFM is currently looking for experienced CG animators to expedite packets (3-5 shots) of animation. We're looking for both off-site/out-of-house freelancers who can work from home, and for full-time on-site freelancer artists. Character animators with two or more years of Maya experience are preferred. The film is in the style of classic Warner Brothers cartoons: lots of snappy, zany, over-the-top action and gags.

In return for completed animation:

- WFM will provide a negotiated price for each complete packet of animation.

- We are a small independent company so the money will be on the low side! Each shot is at least $250, some up to $700 depending on length, difficulty of action, and animator's skill level.

- WFM will also provide associated credits.

- WFM will extend the relationship with the best artists to work on our feature now in pre-production.

WFM works through an ftp site to communicate with out-of-house artists daily.

WFM Packet assignments will contain the following information:

- Voices

- Complete shot blockout including shots before and after to maintain flow.

- Access to latest animatic.

- Video reference by voice over actors.

- Detailed written action script.

- The director will be on 24 hour call for questions.
