Young cutting edge company is looking for a Very Reliable, forward thinking innovator who can update our site, develop on-line admin tools, and make changes to our site on a daily basis.

Our company is a medium-paced and fun casual environment requiring constant communication and dedication to creative work. The right candidate for this position will be a motivated self-starter (able to meet deadlines with an outgoing personality). Your goal is to ensure that all projects are completed on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Building, modifying and maintaining custom applications including Web based Applications and Web Services and Manage Database.

• Updating site on a weekly basis, and developing new and creative ways to manage growing database.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or comparable business experience.

• Min. 6 Years development experience.

• Proficient and highly productive with Visual C#, ASP.NET, All versions of .NET Framework, SQL Server 2005, XML, AJAX, PHP, JavaScript, and Web Services.

• Flash and Shockwave Experience a Plus!

• Superior communication skills with the ability to get along with diverse personalities.

• Ability to succeed and meet deadlines in medium-paced creative environment, which requires a high degree of multi-tasking.

• Strong analytical/problem solving skills.                                Pre-employment testing using our own assessment technology. This position requires at least one day a week on-site (Encinitas, CA)and telecommuting.
