Home Based Promotional Products Assistant

Assistant Match is a company that matches busy professionals with virtual (offsite) assistants. We are currently in need of individuals with experience in the promotional products industry to telecommute part time for clients.

Responsibilities will include order entry and follow up with vendors, art proofs, managing quotes between vendors and customers, product searches, customer communication and invoicing. To be considered, you must be proficient with Excel, being able to create formulas and make the spreadsheets visually pleasing and easy to read.

The person in this position will need to be available M-F sometime during 6-9am (Pacific Time) to be sure the shipments from suppliers on the east coast are being processed as needed, as well as later during the day to take care of other responsibilities.

The client estimates she will need approximately 3 hours of assistance per day. The hourly rate is still TBD.
