Telecommute vBulletin Autolinker

An automatic keyword linking system within vBulletin. The goal is to make them affiliate links to generate additional revenue.

Functionality Requirements

Front end

Replace specified keywords with specified links in body when thread created or edited

Must be smart enough to not replace already-linked text or part of domains

Indicate that it is an affiliate link – i.e. double underline

Administration

Create groups (i.e. Chapters)

Group name, link

Create keywords (i.e. Chapters, Indigo, etc.)

Tracking

Track individual link clicks

By day

By date range

Considerations

Must be efficient: Will be deployed on a website with thousands and thousands of daily users

Parses & replaces upon post from creation or edit

Clear Sky Media Inc. must hold full, exclusive rights to the code

Must work with vBulletin version 3.7

Source code documentation is required
