Online Marketing Professional

eBrains is a privately owned company established in 1999 to focus on developing and implementing online marketing communication programs to acquire and retain brand loyal customers for our clients. We are a virtual company made up of talented marketing executives across all time zones. We are looking to add talent to lead a long time client of ours. Must be willing to work on PST hours as the client is located in California.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for leading and building the Electronic Arts/Club Pogo Client relationship
• Responsible for leading the internal team in the development of strategies and tactics that form our Client solution
• Responsible for overseeing the day to day execution of programs including the contribution of ideas, targeting, creative/design, management of team, and execution of promotional campaigns.
• Strong creative-thinking skills and ability to provide creative team direction, ideas and guidance.
• Provide team with detailed creative input based on client initiatives; participate in input sessions with designers and copywriters and participate in brainstorming session with creative/internal team, and client.
• Presentation of creative work and recommendations to the client.
• Recommendations for testing and developing plans as well tracking the performance of clients' campaigns and suggesting areas for improvement.
• Quality assurance of creative
• Responsible for keeping an idea file up-to-date and coordinating periodic brainstorming sessions with team members.
• Manage the internal team to deliver what we promised to Clients on time, on budget without compromising quality.
• Weekly meetings with client to review workflow as well as attendance of in person and/or phone meeting with internal team and Client as necessary.
• Proactively provide input on developing, enforcing and evolving internal creative workflow processes.
• Responsible for monitoring client budgets and client billing.

Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of project management/account service and 3+ years track record of success in online/email marketing.
• Strong project management skills including attention to detail, follow through, organization and prioritization skills.
• Experience with online marketing programs including targeting, test cell design, creative testing, execution, analysis and management.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a virtual team environment and to work independently with little supervision.
• A passion for playing games.
• Experience working with membership acquisition/retention programs would be a plus.
• Knowledge of Flash, Photoshop, and HTML a plus.
