Virtual Executive Assistant
Please read entire job description before applying.
I own a company that provides administrative and marketing support to clients all over the U.S. We are currently looking to fill three part-time positions for Virtual Assistants. Our assistants work from home but are required to attend meetings in Stamford NY every two weeks.
Our assistants work as independent contractors and are responsible for paying their own taxes. Pay starts at $18/hour and is increased to $20/hour after the first three months. Assistants are assigned clients as they come in, so the hours start slowly and increase over time.
Our client's come from many different industries and require many different types of support. We don't expect our assistants to be experts in every area, but we do want people who are familiar with Microsoft Office software and are also highly skilled in at least one of these areas:
*Marketing - especially Internet/email marketing.
*Website Design - Must have Front Page, Dreamweaver or similar software.
*Graphic Design - Must have Adobe or Quark
*Sales - Including cold/warm calls and customer service calls.
*Bookkeeping - Must be familiar with advanced features in and own QuickBooks or Peachtree.
*Database Creation and Management
Please respond only if:
* You live within 20 miles of Stamford.
* You are friendly and have a sense of humor.
* You have a reliable computer with high-speed internet and Microsoft Office programs.
* You are reliable and a team player.
* You are friendly and enjoy working with others.
* You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* You are friendly, easy to get along with and have a pleasant phone voice.
* You are able to attend one-hour staff meetings every two weeks.
* Did I mention that you need to be friendly?
If you meet all of the above qualifications, please reply to this email with your resume including references and please address the following questions:
