We are looking for a full-time contractor for 4-8 weeks who can do this work.

Contract: 4-8 Weeks
Pay Rate: $35-$45/hour (paid bi-weekly)
Start: Immediately

Job description:
* Provide senior level art direction, design, and execute creation of web banner ads from concept for company's web marketing initiatives.

* Creation of Web Banners must be constructed using Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.

What skills are needed to apply:
* 5+ years experience in interactive design, web design, graphic design or a mix of all.

* Technical expertise with Flash, prior experience creating Web Banner ads. Must be able to submit recent links to your interactive work.

* Solid proficiency with DHTML, CSS, and general HTML.

* Understanding of Video and incorporation video is a plus!
