Virtual Customer Retention Representative/Sales

Our client, a debt consolidation expert located in Columbia, MD, is in need of a Customer Service Representative to become part of their team. This individual will work as an individual as well as in a team atmosphere. The position would require making outbound calls to current customers of our client.

Qualified candidates will have/be:

- 2 years call center experience

- Experience in collections

- Experience in sales

- Ability to work in team environment

- Comfortable making outbound calls

This is a contract to hire position that pays $16.00 per hour plus bonus. Candidates also have the opportunity to work from home after a few months.
