Home Based Call Analyst

Callbright is one of the premier call management solution providers. Callbright offers a completely web-based call management system to enhance customer relationships, streamline advertising efforts, and improve management and training strategies. We are currently seeking applicants for an exciting Part-time Remote Call Analyst position!

As a Call Services Remote Representative, you will be responsible for listening to recorded phone conversations between clients and their customers and evaluate these calls based on pre-set criteria for call handling in order to identify missed sales opportunities.

Training:

Successful applicants will receive training either at our facilities or over the internet via web classes.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bilingual Applicants are preferred

• Ability to work with computers; no specific prior experience is necessary

• A dedicated work area at their home with no distractions

• Reliable personal computer (minimum specs to be decided) with Windows XP or Vista

• Broadband internet connection; cable, DSL and T1 connections are preferred

• Must live within a 3 hour radius of College Station, Texas.

Successful applicants will have good written communication skills.

Department Hours:

• M-F 7am-8pm CST
