Work from Home Junior Designer

Occasional face to face meetings/status updates are going to be part of this job. Only those with online portfolios will be considered. Due to overwhelming response, I can only contact those who stand out.
I am looking for a talented Junior Designer to help me make changes to my existing layouts/designs for both print and web. Basically, I get the ball rolling designing on the initial project, and you would make client changes until the final deliverable.
Experience in print production/web design a must. You don't need to code, just general knowledge on how a website should be structured.
I need someone who is fast, and available during the day via IM, email, and phone. You need your own equipment running Adobe CS3. Preferably you are already a full-time freelancer looking to fill some billable hours.
