Voice Analyst - Voice Migration Project

Location: St Louis, MO(Telecommute also possible)

Duration: 1 year

Description/Required Skills:

- Voice Migration Project

- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates telecommunications systems.

- Designs, develops, and tests telecommunication software solutions.

- May require an associate's degree or its equivalent and at least five years of experience in the field.

- Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.

- Performs a variety of complicated tasks.

- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

- Will assist with project management.

Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures including:

- Understanding of Avaya telephony systems,

- Excellent understanding of trunk group configurations, good understanding of call routing

- Knowledge of toll free advanced features, excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient at Microsoft Office tools with emphases on Excel and Word

- Experience with circuit order process,

- Good organization skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

- Avaya Conversant V8 and higher

- Avaya Definity platforms (V9 and higher) including ACD configuration

- Avaya VoIP
