Home Based Pharmacist
COMPANY: One of the largest providers of high-end specialty pharmaceutical services in the nation! Four divisions including specialty retail, support services, clinical services, and reimbursement services create an extremely efficient and cost-effective solution to treat patients with chronic diseases. This position offers the option to work from home!
JOB DESCRIPTION: Can work on site at the pharmacy or work from home! Dispense or authorize meds to be dispensed and coordinate clinical pharmacy patient care for the chronic needs patient population. Reviews medications for the appropriateness of the drug therapy. Communicates inventory. Provides clinical consulting to patients and doctors.
Salary: DOE salary will range between $92-97,000 annually with up to 17 days vacation.
