JOB DESCRIPTION: Can work on site at the pharmacy or work from home! Dispense or authorize meds to be dispensed and coordinate clinical pharmacy patient care for the chronic needs patient population. Reviews medications for the appropriateness of the drug therapy. Communicates inventory. Provides clinical consulting to patients and doctors.
Salary: DOE salary will range between $92-97,000 annually with up to 17 days vacation.
