The Enterprise Solutions Business Unit currently has an opening for a Remedy Software

Application Engineer. This person can telecommute.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities will include application administration, development and maintenance for the

Client's Remedy ARSystem. The Remedy ARSystem platform is a Sun Solaris configuration with

an Oracle Database, using VERITAS for local failover and integrating with multiple system

monitoring tools. The platform also includes a Window server configuration for Web access.

Scope: The successful candidate will be working as part of a team with multiple customers in

application administration (such as data/account administration), as well as defining

requirements, processes, planning, development, testing, maintenance, and documentation of

customer service delivery. Team member will work with other team members in maintaining

sound configuration standards while developing the Remedy ARSystem configurations to meet

customer requirements. The team performs their operational duties using ITIL processes and

adhering to ISO 20000 requirements. Successful candidate will have strong communication

skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Regular assignments are

to be completed with minimal supervision.
