Virtual Sponsorship Sales Director

Eventful, the world’s leading events Website, is currently seeking a full-time Sponsorship Sales Director. We are looking for a motivated and energetic candidate who has the creative ability both to sell existing sponsorship packages and to conceptualize non-traditional sponsorship packages. Candidate will be responsible for creating new business opportunities and exceeding sales goals by providing strategic prospecting to deliver digital media solutions that meet client objectives and challenges. Candidates will have experience and skill in interactive media sales, established contacts with both agencies and client-direct, as well as a proven track record of success in sourcing and closing deals. Most importantly, candidate will have a passion for selling, new technologies, new media, music and entertainment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience selling to brands with a winning attitude and personality

• Existing brand and agency relationship

• Negotiating skills

• Experience with Salesforce and other reporting tools to optimize efficiency

• PowerPoint deck creation and customization skills

• Music or Entertainment industry experience a plus

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• LA or New York base preferred
