Virtual Flash Developer

I have been given the assignment to build a website in Flash based on a site design. The site my employer wants to mimic is www.hsr.com.

I am a fairly accomplished PHP, HTML, CSS coder, but my Flash skills are only basic. I need to get a site up and running with the functionality of the above site mentioned.

The initial landing page will have 4 boxes or doors which when clicked will go to a pageview with a centered content window with two smaller boxes on either side of the content window. When any of the side boxes are clicked they will replace the center pageview with their content.

I can provide a layout for visual reference if needed. I would like to hire someone on a per project basis. We will have other projects coming up until I get better at Flash.
