Home Based Web Interface Designer

I'm a full-time telecommuting Solution Architect for a Web Marketing company based in Plantation Florida called POWERi Technologies. I need to start building a Columbus-based telecommuting team for working with me on projects located both here in Columbus and abroad.

This contract position could end up being one person or a couple depending on the experience of the folks who apply.

NEED ONE:

I have an immediate need for an intermediate to advanced Web Designer who has experience designing complex corporate websites. Attention to detail and an advanced understanding of interface and web application design is very important, but talent and a high attention to detail as illustrated in previous work may suffice. You MUST have an online portfolio website which displays your previous work (or abilities) in order to be considered for this position. At least 3-5 years of experience is preferred.

NEED TWO:

In the ultimate scenario, this person would also have an in-depth knowledge of HTML & CSS and would be able to create the validated HTML templates, complete with CSS and properly optimized graphics, for delivery to our development teams for implementation into CMS systems.

NEED THREE - The Trifecta:

Flash Design. This need is not an absolute necessity, but if you know your way around Flash and hit the first two needs and like the idea of telecommuting, this might just be the job for you.

If you feel that you can fulfill all three needs above or at least have a core strength in web design with an intermediate exposure in one of the other two, please don't hesitate to apply.

This position is flexible in that it could remain as a project-to-project contract arrangement or evolve into a full-time telecommuting position depending on performance. Occasional in-person meeting here in Columbus may be required.

Experience is a must as is the ability to meet deadlines.
