FPMI is seeking aClassification Specialistto support a Government Agency in Cincinnati, OH. The assignment is full-time for a 1 year contract award with 4 option years.

This position will offer the opportunity to telecommute from anywhere in the Greater Cincinnati area and will only report to the office for meetings.

The Classification Specialist will provide classification of positions and compensation support to managers and supervisors. Classification Specialists will utilize established Federal and Agency standards, guidance, regulations, policies, labor agreements and automated sytems to develp and classify positions and to generate supporting documents.

Job Requirements :

The Classification Specialistmust have experience in the following areas:

* Labor-management within the Federal sector

* EZ-Hire

* LotusNotes

* PeoplePlus

All applicants must have federal government classification experience and knowlege of OPM guidelines.
