1. Must have development experience on Debian Linux

2. Must have expert level PHP 5 experience

3. Must have excellent XHTML/CSS skills

4. Must have experience with XML and SOAP style interfaces.

5. Must have excellent communication skills

6. Must have excellent layout and design abilities

7. Experience with Adobe Photoshop
