Freelance Business Analyst/Change Management

We at Orchid Infosystems Inc have two urgent job positions for Business Analyst and Change Management Architect.

(1) Business Analyst/Change Management:-

*** Work location: Any where in the United States***

*** Candidate MUST BE WILLING TO DO LIMITED TRAVEL ***

*** Candidate MUST BE A US CITIZEN AND HAVE THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN US GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE IF REQUIRED ***

30% Evaluates, approves and assists in the coordination of Change Management activities across clients and the business; Recognizes and identifies potential areas where existing policies and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed.

10% May conduct client and business partner meetings for change management related activities; May facilitate weekly meetings for the discussion and coordination of change activity for clients and internal business partners.

30% Responsible for managing Request for Change (RFC), Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action Plans (CAPA) for clients and internal business partners as required

10% Requires analysis and collaboration with Clients and Business Partners to assess, define, plan and deliver change management solutions and services on projects and initiatives.

20% Requires analysis and collaboration with Clients and Business Partners to assess, define, plan and deliver change management solutions and services on projects and initiatives.

*** Specialized/Practical Knowledge:

Prior experience and knowledge of Change Management processes and procedures

Knowledge of quality management procedures for validated and regulated enviornments including FDA 21CFR11 and SAS70

Knowledge of IT change processing, toolsets and process

Actively participates and contributes to all phases of the change management lifecycle with clients and internal business partners

Certification in ITIL preferred.

*** Management Skill:

Highly organized self starter with the ability to multi task with strong written and verbal communications skills and passionate about providing world class customer service.

*** Interaction:

Interacts regularly with clients, business partners and senior leadership. Perform analysis on the overall Change Management process, performs trending, and offers process improvement suggestions

Administer process and manage changes for multiple clients; conduct or patriciate on Change Approval Boards and will communicate with client and internal business partners

Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak and write persuasively and convincingly

*** Complexity/Problem Solving:

Administer process and manage changes for multiple clients

The successful candidate will use complex analytical skills and analysis to extract specialized data for reporting such as trending reports, non-compliance of process reports, etc.

*** Accountability:

The successful candidate will have opportunities to exercise decision making and discretion. They will be required to interpret the NA Quality Management Systems, and, client requirements to make effective decisions on change management processes and procedures.

(2) Change Management Architect:-

*** Work location: Any where in the United States and Canada***

*** Candidate MUST BE WILLING TO DO LIMITED TRAVEL ***

*** Candidate MUST BE A US CITIZEN AND HAVE THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN US GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE IF REQUIRED ***

20% Recognizes and identifies potential areas where existing policies and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed, especially regarding future business expansion. Understands all related processes, their inter-dependencies and the impact of changes on those systems

20% Experience conducting client and business partner interviews and focus groups; assessment of organizational risks, formulating leadership strategies, coaching clients on their role in major transformations; and designing and facilitating senior-level and stakeholder events and meeting.

20% Experience developing transition strategies for affected individuals, identifying role impacts on system implementations and designing new functions, overseeing assessment and selection of workforce solutions, and developing written and electronic presentation content.

20% Requires significant collaboration with Clients and Business Partners to assess, define, plan and deliver change management solutions and services on required projects and initiatives.

20% Define Metrics, Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the process to ensure projects and activities are delivered on time, within budget, and that they meets or exceed client expectations and service level agreements. Ensure that the change teams follow all quality assurance processes, including periodic reviews and transitions

*** Specialized/Practical Knowledge:

Advanced knowledge of Change Management processes, procedures and

Knowledge of Quality and Change Management systems including impacts to Sarabnes Oxley, SAS70 or FDA 21CFR11

Knowledge of IT change processing, toolsets and process

Manage and actively participate and contribute to all phases of the project lifecycle, including cost benefit analysis, requirement gathering, test planning and execution, through to implementation

Background in ITIL or COBIT; Certification in ITIL preferred.

*** Management Skill:

Highly effective people relationship skills with an emphasis on facilitation and conflict resolution.

Highly organized self starter with the ability to multi task with strong written and verbal communications skills and passionate about providing world class customer service.

The successful candidate requires no management responsibility at this time: however, applicants should be familiar with Change Management and be able to plan, control, and communicate the status and impacts of programs or processes and will assist with program/process administration and solutioning

*** Interaction:

Interacts regularly with clients, business partners and senior leadership.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak and write persuasively and convincingly

*** Complexity/Problem Solving:

The successful candidate will modify and enhance procedures within broad guidelines, makes choices from diversified and complex procedures, and may require judgment or interpretation of established instructions/guidance

The successful candidate will use complex analytical skills and analysis to extract specialized data for reporting such as trending reports, non-compliance of process reports, etc.

*** Accountability:

The successful candidate will have opportunities to exercise decision making and discretion. They will be required to interpret the NA Quality Management Systems, and, client requirements to make effective decisions on change management processes and procedures.
