Remote Call Center/Telesales Manager

As a WAPC Call Center Manager you will be required to oversee and manage a team of 6 to 8 Call Center Reps or more depending on your capabilities. You must be a proven leader and have the ability to train and assist Call Center Reps in closing sales or developing quality leads for our Executive Staff.

We need highly motivated Call Center Managers who can produce results. If and when you do you will be rewarded heavily with great pay incentives as well as bonus commissions for acheiving sales goals.

This is a Telecommute position and you will be required to have

a telephone with unlimited longdistance, a computer with internet access and Microcoft office software most importantly Word, and Excel.

Since you will be calling upon business owners Call Center Reps must be available to work Monday - Friday during normal business hours, generally from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Dedending on your location you may be required to work 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM When we are running national campaigns requiring calls to the Eastern United States.

This is a 1099 position so we will not be deducting taxes from your wages, so you will be responsible for filing your own taxes. This is an upper management position and you will be reporting directly to the CEO.
