On Call Coordinator

Med1Care, a rapidly growing provider for Nursing Homes, Hospitals, and Home Health Care is seeking a qualified DEDICATED ON-CALL COORDINATOR to work for our Northwest Ohio territory.

The On-Call Coordinator is responsible for handling all phone calls, and operations after normal business hours. Clients, Nurses, and Office Staff rely on this position for customer service and client relations while the office is closed.

This is an opportunity for you to use your outgoing personality & expertise in staffing to work from home for one of Ohio's fastest growing medical staffing and home health care companies.

This individual needs three years of customer service experience, preferably in the staffing or clinical industry. Applicants should have experience in scheduling, and conflict resolution. Customer Service for both our Clients and Nurses is key in this position!

The hours for this position is evenings, weekends, and some holidays. This is an excellent opportunity to work from home and earn some extra cash!
