Remote Jr. Systems Administrator

Jr. Systems Administrator to assist in customer networking issues

Responsibilities include troubleshooting of basic network connectivity issues (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)

 Responsible for responding to service tickets (Remedy, Magic, TrackIT, etc.)

Have the ability to learn and grow on basic networking issues

Work in a team environment

Provide excellent customer service to client's customers

100% Phone / Remote / Email support

 

Job Requirements

MUST HAVE:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience supporting network connectivity issues

Experience troubleshooting customers through phone/email/remote support

Experience resolving Tier 1 & 2 networking issues (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)

Experience working in Data Center environments

Experience responding to service tickets

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Flexible Availability (rotation of 1st, 2nd, & 3rd shift support required)

 

PLUS's:

Windows / UNIX server skills

Previous web hosting experience - IIS or Apache

Email support
