Freelance ILT Instructional Designer

We are working with our client in locating ILT Instructional Designer to develop courses on health insurance and medical products.

Required skills:

9+ years of Strong ILT Instructional design experience

Experience in healthcare/sales training

Project Management experience

Senior instructional design skills (ADDIE model), as well as business analysis skills

Graphics software (PhotoShop, SnagIt, etc.)

PowerPoint � advanced skills

Must have your own laptop/desktop and own Articulate or Captivate licenses

Preferred skills:

Articulate (Presenter/Engage/Quizmaker)

Health care industry experience

�         Exposure to SumTotal LMS

�         Located in North Carolina

Start Date: Second week of September

Duration: 2-3 months possibly

Location: Virtual with possible onsite interview. Phone interviews to begin third week of August.
