Offsite Curriculum Developer

QAD Inc., a global leader in software development for supply chain solutions is seeking a Curriculum Developer. This senior role applies a wide range of experience and professional concepts to meet company objectives relative to the planning, writing, and researching of new and updated training materials, including instructor-led, video, and self-study as required. Will also resolve complex issues where in-depth analysis of situations or data are required and independent judgment is required to resolve the issue. The responsibilities and duties of this position include but are not limited to: • Working with subject matter experts, existing documentation • Hands-on testing, planning, writing, and researching training materials for QAD products, integrations, reporting tools, installations and conversions, and other product-related topics • Attend and optionally give courses in order to evaluate course content and quality • Attend meetings, review and provide input to requirements, design, and standards

Telecommuting is allowed 

• BA/BS degree; Graduate degree preferred • Demonstrated ability in business software training development; minimum 8 years of related experience • Knowledge of Framemaker, ePublisher, Dreamweaver, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project • Knowledge of HTML • Knowledge of programming language such as C, C++; MFG/PRO and/or other QAD products highly preferred
