Telecommute Administrative Assistant II

Working Title: Administrative Assistant II

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
This position is in the Claims Customer Service Unit of the Division of Fee- For-Service Management. The person filling this position must be willing to work from home. The position is responsible for responding to customer claim inquiries via the telephone.


 

Skills / Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for the position are; excellent customer service techniques, accuracy, timeliness of work, ability to correctly interpret rules and regulations, policies and procedures, computer experience, and ten key by touch.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Candidates with experience in customer service, claims and/or medical billing, and with knowledge of PMMIS.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Requires prior responsible administrative experience.

Pay: $28,405 to $42,755/year
