B2B Inside Sales Professional (Remote/Home Office) Base Pay

CriticalKnowledge is a rapidly growing, highly specialized consulting firm. We are currently seeking an extremely motivated, exceptionally persistent inside sales professional to join our team. In this pure relationship generation role, the successful candidate will work from a home office to actively prospect over the telephone in order to generate appointments for our senior partners with key decision-makers at Fortune 1000 companies. 

The candidate must be a compelling and articulate speaker who is able to converse fluently and comfortably with CEOs, VPs and Senior Managers about complex business issues. They will be enthusiastic about cold calling, and pursuing and building relationships over the telephone. 


Key Responsibilities: 

1. Delivering results 
2. Ongoing, active prospecting. Consistently generating new appointments with senior executives through cold calling. You must absolutely be comfortable doing the hard work necessary to generate connections. 

Requirements: 

1. Skill at cold calling, prospecting and building business relationships. 
2. Ability to successfully develop and maintain access to senior executives. 
3. Total focus on achieving results and exceeding target objectives. 
4. Exceptional persistence. 
5. Exceptional energy and work ethic. 
6. Exceptional organizational skills. 
7. High integrity. 
8. Strong understanding of complex business issues. 
9. Ability to listen. 
10. Ability to present complex solutions with highly consultative approach. 
11. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills in the English language. 
12. Home office equipped with a dedicated land line and high speed internet service. 

Experience: 

1. University degree or equivalent experience in business. 
2. Strong business, finance, consulting, and/or technology experience.

However, the role is focused not on any hard sell marketing, but rather on generating meetings with C-level executives in order to educate them about the company and what we do.   • Location: Remote/Home Office
  • Compensation: Base plus commission (45K - 65K)
