Partial Telecommute Real Estate Assistant

I am looking for a part-time assistant to help me with my growing real estate investment company. I am looking for an organized, motivated, self starter, who is interested in real estate and willing to learn. This job will initially be part time (10-20hrs week) but can grow to a full-time position. Some of the job duties incldue: 

Handling Marketing 
Posting Ads 
Mailing Postcards/Letters 
Updating Databases 
Staging Homes 
Pulling Comps 
Miscellaneous Chores 

The duties of the individual will allow for a majority of them to be done from home but will require the applicant to have a computer with internet access. This job will start off on a 30 day probationary period to make sure we are a good fit. The individual also needs to be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point. 

  • Location: Fullerton CA
  • Compensation: $10 hr plus commission on closed deals
