The Workable Solutions Specialist will be part of the Loss Mitigation Team.

Hours: Monday through Friday 8am to 5 pm or 9 am to 6 pm with weekend overtime required.

The representative will answer incoming calls from customers who are 120 days or more delinquent. The representative will also make outgoing collection calls on loans that are 120 days or more delinquent. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting customers with repayment plans or reinstatement of delinquency, taking customer financial information, assisting with determining alternatives and offering appropriate Loss Mitigation solutions.

Location Requirements:

Broadband connectivity available in home (some areas do not have)

  Private, quiet and secure workspace area in home

  Candiate Requirements:

  Successful (3) or above performance ratings

  Manager recommendation

  Job Requirements:

  Supportive of home visitis

  Able to attend On-site focus group and meetings when necessary
