Remote Reservation Agent

Primary Function: Create enthusiasm with our customers getting them to buy the best vacation experience for them! Achieve performance goals consistently and in accordance to WTH quality standards when booking incoming calls in a polite, professional and knowledgeable manner. Work in a team environment and maintain a professional, high-spirited attitude.

What does my day look like?

Handle 2-3 inbound calls per hour from clients wanting to book a cruise vacation.

Follow Reservation Agent call scripting reflecting our Customer Connection sales methodology.

Book 3-4 cruise reservations in our web based reservation system.

Ensure reservations are accurate and completed in a timely manner.

Share your ideas about how to make the business and customer experience even more remarkable.

Attend team meetings and/or training sessions as needed.

Requirements:
What skills or experience should I possess to be successful in this role?

Must be able to work a flexible schedule between 3:00 PM ET- 3:00 AM ET including weekends & holidays.

Must have a designated space for a home office, high speed internet, and a dedicated phone line for work

High school Diploma or Equivalent plus 2-3 years working experience including at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience

Great communication skills

Ability to type 25-30 words per minute and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Internet searching and other software programs

A positive attitude, enthusiasm, organization skills, dependability and really enjoying working with and helping people is key

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
