Home Based Phone Answerer/Scheduler

I need an asst to work from their home to answer phones and schedule appts. The calls would have to be forwarded to THEIR HOME. I was hoping to find perhaps a senior citizen with a perky voice. 

Hours: 8-9 am and then again 2 hours in the afternoon (flexible). 

Pay: $8.00 and hour to start and has the potential to grow to full time and a raise based on their desire to grow with this brand new company operating in the greater Los Angeles area.
