Are you ready for your Dream Job?The Telecommuting Technical Recruiter reports to the Recruiting Manager and will be responsible for sourcing and developing relationships with Telecom and IT professionals on behalf of our client, a global leader in the telecommunications industry. Offering the ability to work 100% from your home, this is a contract position with compensation directly based on your performance. You will work with a recognized industry leader, with the latest technologies and recruiting tools. Responsibilities include sourcing, qualifying, and assessing candidates and preparing them for consideration by client hiring managers. Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience recruiting both IT and Telecommunications professionals. Additional consideration will be given to those who have recruited for these roles in the following geographies -- Middletown and Florham Park, NJ; Boulder, CO; Chicago, Ill; San Ramon, CA and St. Louis, MO.

Required Experience

• Successful history of high-volume recruiting experience
• Experience developing and managing candidate pipelines across various geographies and technical skill sets
• Deep understanding of Telecom and Wireless industry highly preferred
• Must be self-motivated
