Offsite Messaging Engineer

# Corporate office location in Charlotte however, Telecommuting is an option for this role

# Responsible for the support, maintenance and administration of email content filtering technologies

# Participate in an on-call rotation and provide off-hours support

# Monitoring of trouble ticket systems and timely responses to handling tickets

# Work with internal teams to resolve production and compliance issues

# Maintain vendor relationships by teaming with internal and discovery teams

# Interact with other support organizations and other groups within Messaging Services

# Position skills can encompass support and team leads as this position may be filled at different levels based on experience

# Typical hours are M-F 8 AM - 5 PM and can vary

# Green Card Holders or US Citizens only

Required Skills:

# Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

# 5-8 years experience supporting messaging technologies or equivalent combination of education and experience

# Current or previous experience with Computer Associates' Assentor product is required

# Knowledge of ZL technologies products or other email content filtering technologies

# Excellent communication and relationship management skills

# Demonstrate a desire to engage in continuous improvement approach to enable proactive support

# Highly desirable and preferred is experience working in a regulated environment
