Inbound Customer Service

ClearPoint Resources is seeking 5 Inbound Customer Service Representatives to work for our client, a national identity theft prevention organization, headquartered in Tempe, AZ. These Customer Service opportunites will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home. These positions will begin on June 12th, 2007.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be receiving incoming calls from potential customers that are seeking information about the companies services, calls from customers that would like to enroll within this companies services, and calls from current customers that are wanting to make changes to thei accounts.

These are full time opportutnites that would require applicants to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 6am - 10pm.

To be considered applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:

- Must have a home phone (land line- no cell phones)
- A desktop or laptop computer with Windows XP
- 1 year of call center customer service experience
- Strong speaking voice
- High energy
- Type 25wpm
- Good spelling skills
- The ability to pass a preemployment drug test and criminal background check.

ONLY CANDIDATES LOCAL TO THE PHOENIX ARE CAN BE CONSIDERED.




* Location: Tempe, AZ
* Compensation: $11/hr
