Human Resource Support
We are looking for someone to help us with the hiring of new staff members. The individual will help draft job descriptions and postings, post positions, screen and review applicants, perform telephone interviews with qualified candidates, and submit a short list of candidates for in-house interviews. The work can be done from home with an occasional onsite meeting. Our needs will be intermittent depending upon our hiring requirements.
The ideal candidate will have had direct recruiting and hiring experience, with a track record of successfully finding and selecting strong candidates.
