Requirements for Medical Transcription - Acute Care - Remote - $300 Sign-On Bonus :

2 years acute care experience.

Strong ESL, Operative, ER and Cardio experience. 

We also have a new account requiring Dictaphone and C-phone experience.  Having your own C-phone is a plus.

$300 SIGN ON BONUS FOR 2nd and 3RD SHIFT POSITIONS.

Based on our rapidly growing client base we are currently hiring Full-Time Acute Care MTs for 2nd and 3rd shifts (Employee Status, No ICs). STABLE PRIMARY ACCOUNT ASSIGNMENTS.

The following is a brief synopsis of our benefits and compensation plans for Full-Time Medical Transcriptionists with Precyse Solutions for 2007:

Paid Time Off (PTO) begins accruing from day one with Precyse for each line you transcribe. PTO averages between 3 weeks to 4 weeks of pay. Paid Time Off for the first year of service is paid at .00 50 per line. An example is of what you can earn is: If you type 6, 500 lines per week, after 10 weeks you would have accrued $ 325.00 in your PTO bank account. After a year you would accrued $1,690. At your one year anniversary, your PTO increases to .0065 per line. An example is of what you can earn then is: If you type 6, 500 lines per week, after 10 weeks you would have accrued $422.00 in your PTO bank account. After a year you would have accrued $2,200. Our PTO is designed to cover vacation, holidays, and any other time off that you would like paid (i.e., jury duty, bereavement, personal time, etc.). You pay yourself out of your accrued account.

We currently supply a full computer setup to full time MTs at no cost.

We have a 401k with a company match of 25 cents on the dollar of the first 4% you save with a five year vesting period. New Hires are eligible to enroll after 6 months of service. You may rollover from a current 401k prior to that.

Our pay periods are bi-weekly every other Friday and we have direct deposit. The pay weeks run from Monday to Sunday.

Our medical benefit coverage is with Aetna. In most areas of the country there are three plans to choose from: PPO, POS and HMO. The costs and plan types available vary depending on your geographical location and the coverage you choose. Benefits begin the 1st of the month following 90 days of service. We have three very affordable dental options to choose from with Aetna and two vision plans with Eyemed.

We have Medical and Day Care Flexible Spending accounts.

We provide 30k in life insurance. Additional insurance can be purchased as well as spouse life insurance.

Short Term and Long Term Disability are optional.

Our line rate is based upon Shift Differentials, Years of Experience, Production Rate, CMT certification and the largest factor - Quality Audit %. There are pay premiums for certain accounts.

Our production bonus is $50 per pay period if the MT produces 12,000 lines or more in that bi-weekly time period.
