Remote Web Solutions Support Specialist
Do you delight in helping others with your customer service skills and Internet knowledge? Do you enjoy helping others install Internet applications and publishing web sites? We are seeking talented Customer Support Specialists to join our expanding 24/7 Call Centre located in Toronto, Ontario. You will be responsible for assisting users to set up their websites, email accounts, online shopping carts, blogs, forums, and content management systems.
Position Type
Netfirms is an "always on" Internet company. Currently there are opportunities available to cover all shifts (day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts). Please state your availability in your cover letter.
Participation in an off-hour on-call rotation may be required.
Position Summary
* Provide prompt, effective and courteous Customer Service/Sales support to worldwide members and prospects via phone and email, and live chat.
* Provide front-line technical support to existing and potential clients via email, phone and live chat services.
Position Responsibilities
* Provide sales information including pricing, plan, renewal, and upgrade options
* Respond to general inquiries regarding Netfirms and Internet features in a courteous and professional manner
* Must be able to use troubleshooting skills to assist clients with technical issues involving email configurations, domain registrations/transfers, web publishing, and Internet applications
* Input customer-related information into tracking software in a timely and accurate manner.
* Escalate advanced support-related issues as required.
