Currently we are seeking a Resume submission coordinator.
POSITION OBJECTIVES: This position requires performing all function necessary to submit resume of our IT professionals on various job boards and on every day basis responding to the job postings on the job boards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1- Coordinate with the Account Manager and understand candidate*s resumes, top skills, job preferences, location preferences.
2- Working on various job boards to match candidates profile with the job postings and submitting candidates resumes to those postings.
3- Working with 8-10 candidates on an everyday basis and handling 3-4 job boards.
Qualification
1. Good English communication skills
2. Strong Computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet)
3. Any IT industry background is a big plus
4- Familiarity with IT skills like Java,.NET, Peoplesoft, SAP is a huge plus.
5. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
