Seeking an experienced (7 to 10 years) of B2B Database Marketing Manager from a fortune 500 company who can guide a global team. This person must have hands on experience in the past with more of Strategic focus now. This person must be able to present to very senior level internal customers. Must be confident and tough minded and can evaluate and rebuild a global team. -- can work remote, but would prefer candidate in Houston.

Direct Marketing Strategy Provide direct marketing strategy consultation for company initiatives - define and document recommended processes, offer recommendations, contact stream documentation, goals and measurement recommendations, and lead management strategy Using segmentation models, work with Database Strategists to provide market analytics and segmented results to improve targeting by focusing on best opportunities with respect to ROI - Direct Marketing Execution Serve as single point of contact to campaign manager for all direct marketing efforts - from coding process to back-end tracking Manage external and/or internal creative resources Interface with the database marketing team to secure list for marketing effort Manage to SLAs Provide constant value-add by using expertise to achieve highest response rates possible - Metrics Provide tracking and reporting to determine effectiveness of direct marketing efforts; review with stakeholders to enable continual improvement of results

Desired Skills / Special Qualifications:

Experience working with Marketing Resource Management, Campaign Management and/or Enterprise Marketing Management tools such as Unica, Eloqua or Aprimo desired

Fortune 500 corporate experience

Education/Training Required:

-Bachelor's Degree in marketing, , mathematics or a technology-focused degree

-MBA Marketing and/or MS in Database Marketing preferred
