Virtual Diabetic Nurse

Bi-Lingual English/Spanish speaking RN with experience working with diabetic patients responsible for monitoring the conditions of chronic patients via video phone.

Nurses will be assigned a number of patients per day to communicate with and monitor conditions.

This is a full time position.

Must be able to communicate well, and be self motivated.
