Responsibilities are as follows:

Serves as SC Specialist with in-depth knowledge of ADPs HR & Benefits Outsourcing products including HRB, HR/BAS, ASO, as well as all ancillary benefits products and services. Ability to deliver expert level presentations in a virtual environment. Ability to work with "C"

level prospects on multi-product highly complex deals.

Technical domain expert level knowledge in all ADP Workforce Management Solutions including AutoPay/Payroll platforms and in-depth understanding of BPO Suite.

Highly effective in the use of Salesforce.com to track all sales opportunities they are engaged in.

Highly developed communication, listening, probing, analysis and presentation skills.

This is a VIRTUAL position with an individual who can be located anywhere in the United States; however, this position will report to a team in Atlanta.

Experience: 5-8 years of related professional experience (i.e. Human Resources, Payroll and/or Benefits practitioner, system implementation, sales representative, IT representative, business consultant, application support/client service representative). Must include a minimum of 2-4 years experience as a Systems Consultant or relevant business experience.

Education: Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business, Human Resources, or equivalent in education and experience.

Human Resource Selling Professional (HRSP) and one of the following certifications are typically required:

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)

Professional of Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Project Mgmt Professional (PMP), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP).

Candidate may live anywhere in the U.S.
