Part-time Personal Assistant/Accounting Clerk

Please do NOT apply if you do not have a Macintosh computer and experience with Quicken on the Mac.

Technical staffing firm requires part-time Personal Assistant/Accounting Clerk 10 hours per week. This is a temporary, part-time position with the possibility of regular employment. We need someone who is somewhat flexible with their hours.

Pay rate: $12 per hour, depending on experience. This position would allow the employee to work remotely from their own home most of the time.

Requirements:

Must be proficient at Macintosh

Must be available immediately

Must be local to Orange County

Strong organizational skills

Excellent interpersonal and phone skills

Must possess valid US driver's license and insurance

Quick learner

Flexible

Persistent

Computer literate

Must have strong Quicken and/or Quickbooks skills for MAC

Must have bank reconciliation experience!!!

Internet skills

Background check required

Complete home office setup with fax/computer/business phone

Responsibilities:

Reconcile bank statements

Light accounting and clerical

Miscellaneous phone calls
