Freelance Merchant Market Development Manager

Maritz Holdings has a brand new opportunity for a Merchant Market Development Manager. This individual will be a key player in creating product offerings and identifying categories of prospects. If you have sales/business development experience, knowledge of the merchant payment space and an entrepreneurial spirit, we want to hear from you.

The Merchant Market Development Manger will sell the Maritz Real-Time Rewards (MRTR) offering into US and Canadian merchants. Responsibilities include the following:

Business Development,

Major Merchant Sales and

Account Manager Sales Support.

Our ideal candidate has 8 -10 years related business experience. We seek an individual with a strong financial acumen who can establish product plans. Other desired qualiites: Proven experience in new business development; Demonstrated analytical experience with the ability to compile and assimilate data; Prior experience in business correspondence and proposal development; Strong platform skills in both one-on-one and group settings; Ability to coach and train others in organization. A bachelor's degree is required. MBA is preferred.
